Sarah Schonberg
Sarah Schonberg, RYT, has spent over 17 years studying different styles of yoga, including Anusara, Iyengar, Jivamukti and Vinyasa. Her classes are challenging, fun, and combine these styles with a strong focus on alignment. Sarah’s classes also focus on helping students develop body awareness in order to help them find lasting transformation, complete with plenty of personal attention. She completed her 200-hour teacher training in the Anusara method of yoga at Willow Street Yoga Center.
