In order to help you achieve your fitness goals, City Fitness provides a complete selection of equipment and classes. All new members are given a complimentary fitness evaluation, program design, and personal training session with one of our trainers. These sessions are free to members, as are review sessions and health services such as blood pressure and body composition testing. In addition, we offer personal training in a wide variety of specialties and are always available to provide instruction in the correct use of all of our equipment.

    Starting with your Fitness Evaluation, we guide you in using exercise to improve your everyday health. Exercise prescription can lower blood pressure, combat osteo-arthritis, rehab injuries, correct muscle imbalance, and reduce pain.

    Try Yoga, Taiji or Qi Gong to clear your mind and reduce tension, and unwind after a hard workout or a long day.
