All classes are 55 minutes unless otherwise designated.
$$- Denotes a Paid Class.
(R)-Denotes a Reservation class. You may call in to reserve your space for class by 9:00 AM the same day only.
A general sign-in sheet will be placed at the front desk 90 minutes prior to class time.
Late entry not allowed in mind/body classes as well as any class with space restrictions. For all others, class will be closed after the 10 minute warm up.
