Personal trainer Abby has over 16 years of experience in group exercise, nutrition, and one-on-one personal training. Abby’s goal at City Fitness Gym is to inspire and help others to achieve their fullest fitness potential.
Not everyone is born a natural athlete and Abby’s own personal journey to fitness began more than 20 years ago when she signed herself up for her first couch to 5K run. Although it’s now a part of her regular everyday morning routine, it’s still something she looks back on with pride.
